1973: Went to Sir Joseph Williamson’s Grammar School at Rochester where
he was introduced to hockey, and subsequently in the R.A.F. played for the Maintenance Command Team. Now insurance is his field and he has his own company. Captains London Polytechnic; finds time for squash and tennis and keeps a full sized snooker table in the cellar of his house. Speaks good spanish, useful during the Angels tour of South America in 1970. Angels captain in Vienna and Lahr 1972-3.
